1.0 [Introduction]
Basically this is a service that allows you to sign up for Forums/Games/Anything else that you dont want to have access to your personal e-mail address. It requires no set up at all but keep in mind that anyone could have access to the email since there is no password.

2.0 [How to use this service]
Here is an example of how to use this service to create a new RSC forum account.

First off goto this site: temporaryinbox.com | temporary disposable email addresses and email forwarding addresses for fighting spam
Copy the Randomly generated email address or make your own. (make sure you keep the same domain name)

Now goto the RSC Registration form: http://www.zybez.net/community/index...ct=Reg&CODE=00

Create your new account and paste the e-mail address into the email form.

Submit your registration and return to the Tempinbox site and paste the e-mail you used into the check your inbox form.

Hit go and you should see something like this.

There you go, please use this guide responsibly. Also note that this service along with many others have a time limit that the email message can be accessed before deleting it.

3.0 [Advanced Use]
There is also a Firefox/IE/Opera Add-On created by this site here:
4.0 [Other Sites]
Other Websites that provide similar services.
5.0 [Gmail]
Ok well this really isn't the same thing as what you do with what I have just shown you but its similar enough that it applies here. You can trick most forums and other sites into allowing you to use the same email multiple times by using this trick.

First off you must have a gmail account for this to work if you don't go here. (http://mail.google.com/mail/signup)

So say my gmail account was rsforums@gmail.com, I can change that to rsforums+111@gmail.com. Your email will be sent to everything before the plus sign but it is considered a different email address.
