Smoke Bomb

*Materials Needed:
1. Ping pong ball (6)
2. Scissors
3. Corkscrew
4. Tinfoil
5. A straw
6. A fuse
7. A lighter

*Where to Get These Items:
-Ping pong balls- any sports store.
-Scissors- any pharmacy store such as CVS.
-Corkscrew- the liquor store or grocery store.
-Tinfoil- grocery store.
-A straw and a lighter- grocery store.
-A fuse- the local hardware store.

*Making Your Smoke Bomb:
-This process can be done a few different ways, but here is the way I like to set up mine.
1. Take the ping pong balls and cut all of them up into little pieces, except for one of them. Once you have them cut up put them in a neat pile.
2. Now take your corkscrew and screw a hole in one side of the ping pong ball. Now take the cut up ping pong balls and place them into your ping pong ball.
3. Now take you straw and cut it in half. Then place it inside the hole along with the cut up ping pong balls. Take the fuse and wrap it around the straw but make sure it still sticks out about an inch.
4. Now grab your tinfoil and wrap the ball in tinfoil. Then separately wrap the straw with the tinfoil, make sure you leave the fuse out, because this is what you will be lighting to create the smoke bomb.
5. Make sure the tinfoil is very tight on the ball and on the straw and only the fuse should be showing. Make sure that you leave the hole on the top of the straw open; this is where the smoke exits.
6. Note: this is not an explosion it just creates a 6-10 foot wide screen of smoke and is very thick. This effect last for about 25-35 seconds.
Now you have your smoke bomb, show off to your friends.

MEh.. have you tried this...? I would think it would smother itself out and the plastic would just melt, and the fire go out before any real smoke would be produced.
