Avoid paypal fraud.
Please note that I didn't actually bother to read this, but its really long so there must be something useful in there.

Many major gold selling websites get scammed around 5 times daily on average due to PayPal fraud, I HAVE done the research with this.
There is just one website that has discovered a way to counter fraud with a 100% success rate.
This website is lewt.com, and they have kindly provided me with the information to how they do it. Read carefully.
----------
To counter fraud there are 4 things you need to do, these are simple strategies to make sure the PayPal account owner
is the REAL owner and has not sent illegal funds to their PayPal account, unless they are incredibly stupid and will shortly get arrested after
sending you the payment.
Okay so enough shit lets get to it.
1. When they send a payment, the seller should always have that little anti-charge back message and should file a claim and cancel.
2. When the payment is sent, and the above method is completed request an e-mail from the guys PayPal account. You can check the persons PRIMARY
and SECONDARY e-mail (if they have one) in the payment details, if there are two make sure they e-mail you from BOTH e-mails, otherwise they simply changed the e-mail address. (NOTE: PayPals often come with e-mail access, so this is not sure-fire but should still be done
3. Make sure the shipping address and home address is VERIFIED. Request their phone number and ask for it to be included in the payment, which is just a simple click. Then ring that number and ask for the name on the PayPal account. If it is his/hers father/mother speak to them!
Sometimes if you have a credit card number which is not hard to get they can change the primary phone number and use a SkypeIn number to receive calls (which is how I did it)
so it is a good idea to check if it is from Skype. You can check if the number is VoIP (Voice over IP)..I forgot the website, so if somebody could please google it or whatever and post it that would be great.
Sometimes you can't be 100% sure, so log on to the White Pages Residential online and check the home address with the phone number. If the phone number is different, ring the authentic phone number and make sure it is the same guy and he just changed the number from moving or some shit.
4. Make sure the payment is bank funded, most of you know how to check this so I won't go into detail.
Note: When asking for a file and a claim make sure the buyer files an Unauthorized claim AND a Dispute Claim, otherwise they can dispute/unauthorized claim your ass.
I know this can take some time, but if you really want to accept PayPal and not be scammed I can assure you this is the only sure-fire way to counter it. If you find out
you have received illeagle funds, contact PayPal IMMEDIATELY and tell them the situation, they will make sure you do not get in debt and fuck the asshole up.
If you are interested in phishing PayPals, let me tell you it costs around $1000 to get started. You will need MANY connections which can take years of knowing the right people.
You would need a hacked host, a PHP inbox mailer, an e-mail phisher and an incredibly large e-mail list. Of course you can buy them off other people, and there are way easier ways to get
PayPals but I will keep that information to myself.
I have scammed over 2 billion GP in the past 4 months of scamming websites/people off *****, though, ofcourse I have never used hacked PayPal accounts
as that is ILLEAGLE and I would never participate in such an act.
But for ****** who does do this, he told me that every method above can be countered. Except for the address check/phone number check. If you have access to the e-mail, credit card number and a Skype account you can very
simply counter all that, except if YOU are smart enough to check the address with the phone number. You could also ring the directory asistence to check this.
If the number is private, simply ask the guy if his number is private and he will tell you if it is or not, ask him before he sends the payment, just for future references.
In ****** experience he have gathered a few facts, and has always kept a notepad file open containing every single last detail of the victim, and the PayPal accounts owner.
To be a successful scammer, you need to read the person, find out his hobbies, where he lives, how old he is, what makes him mad, what makes him happy, if he's immature/not immature and to what
extent you can tell a lie until he will disbelieve it without asking any questions regarding those above. To be successful you need to be a master manipulator, have several different online personality, never EVER give out
crucial information about your where-abouts and never let people read you. It's like a simple game of Texas Hold'em.
Good luck with countering scammers, and some day you might counter ******...but not me since I retired. Right?
