The Application Process

This process must be followed for anyone who wishes to apply to become a UKC Member. If this process and/or format is not followed, the applicants application will be automatically denied by myself.

Your application must include the following:

• A small paragraph which contains 150+ words on why you feel you are fit to be part of the UKC Team and how you plan to use these skills/traits in the UKC.

• 5 guides, originally created by the applicant. Remember the guides must be of top quality, as they are being judged by myself and the UKC Team.

• 10 previous posts where you felt that you had assisted or helped another member of RSForums. These must be listed, numbered and directly quoted links, making it easier for us to judge your application.

• Organization, grammar, spelling and format play big roles in how we judge your application. If these four elements are impeccable, you will have a better chance of being accepted.

Judging Process:

• Your application's link will be posted in the UKC Private Voting/Discussion forum once completed. Your thread title will be edited with a [Pending] at the top of it and it will be posted on by myself making the applicant aware that his/her application is pending.

• The poll will be open for 72 hours and only UKC Members and myself will be voting. Once we have acquired more members, we will have a voting process which allows the polls to stay open until 7 votes are polled and the majority wins.

• Once your application has been accepted/denied it will be posted on, by myself, with an accepted or denied. Also, the title of your thread will be edited to [Accepted]/[Denied].

If You're Accepted:

• If you are accepted to the team you will have to submit a guide every 2 weeks and you have flexibility of 3 days.. The rules for UKC Members will be posted in the UKC Private/Discussions forum.

• You will also receive the "UKC Member" rank.

• You will also be expected to vote regularly in the polls for applications.
