Q: What exactly is a "User Knowledge Center Member"?
A: A User Knowledge Center Member is a user who has applied and is accepted to the "UKC Team". This member has an obligation to create a guide biweekly (every 2 weeks) with flexibility of 3 days. They have the ability to post in the "User Knowledge Center Guides" section.

http://www.rsforums.org/forums/applications/. You must follow the process which can be found amongst the stickies.
Q: Do I get anything special for becoming a member of the "UKC Team"
A: You will receive a rank similar to the one I have, only with a scroll instead of a book. You will also have access to a private forum which is for open discussion. You will also have access to the private voting forum; here you will vote to accept/decline a members application.
Q: I want to submit a guide, but not join the team. How can I do this?
A: It's simple. To submit a single guide you would be able to post it here:
http://www.rsforums.org/forums/user-knowledgebase-help/. If your guide is good enough it might get moved into the approved guides area.
Q: I want to look for a guide on a specific topic. Where do I go?
A: To find an approved guide or a guide created by a UKC member you can simply go here:
