Also, this section of your guide FAILS with a passion.

Also, you didn't add anything about eating right or what exercises to do on what days of the week, etc. You did not implement a scheduled workout program, which is the key to success in a workout program.
I never said it has no negative effects, because almost every supplement has some kind of negative effect. I claimed that creatine doesn't have a correlation with high blood pressure, in most cases. That section of my guide is perfectly fine, machines are perfect for those who have a moderate level of fitness intelligence because free weights can be difficult to control.
The guide isn't the way to eat properly then workout guide. It's just about working out and some supplements which may aid in the formation of your goals.
Starting Up: When starting if you are relatively weak you will want to build you all around body. So basically, you should workout all your body parts until you build a decent base. Personally, when I began working out it took me about 1 month of working out. I would recommend that you only take whey protein during this building stage.

Beginning The Workouts: Once you have your base established, the real working out begins. Now you are going to want to start working out two body parts per day. You can do any two you prefer, but I usually pair them off like this:
-Biceps, chest and core
-Triceps and shoulders
-Legs
I'm pretty sure that classifies as saying which body parts should be worked and when. It's self explanatory that you work out 2 body parts a day, which I mentioned. If you add it up you will have one day of rest. Bi's, chest and core (day 1), Tri's and shoulders (day 2), Legs (day 3), bi's, chest and core (day 4), Tri's and shoulders (day 5), Legs (day 6), and with one day of rest. I'm pretty sure the way I listed it in the above quote inferred that, but I suppose for the feeble minded it's a bit difficult to comprehend.

I know 7 people who have taken creatine. 4 Of them now have high blood pressure, one is so severe that he isn't allowed to play sports anymore, or even work out.

I'm sorry, I meant a good schedule.

Ok, since you know the greatest workout techniques on the internet, please let us all know. I see there's no point in rebuttal because you'll come up with two sentences which are personal accounts, which aren't documented, therefore I don't count them as credible sources. Any raise in BP is not substantial or even bad at that.
Thank God we don't have you writing a guide because research is the most important thing. Within 5 minutes the first 5 sources on google showed me that creatine does not raise your BP. Have a look: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...creatine+raise

Are you stupid? I already cited a .edu source (which stands for education, for you simpletons) which stated it can raise your blood pressure. If you did not know, this is a credible source by all standards... I feel kind of stupid repeating myself but I guess that it is necessary for a retard such as yourself. I will again quote the excerpt and source.

May I ask what certification organization you got your certification from?
