Last night, we finally got a mod for vBulletin installed!

vBSEO 3.0 Gold

This mod does a lot for increasing our search engine friendliness. All of our urls are now static .html pages. These get indexed MUCH more than the dynamic .php pages. These urls also have strong keywords in them. Please be sure to make decent thread titles, and spell things properly, because that is what the url is based off of.

Some Features of vBSEO:

• Web Traffic - From the major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN Search).

The permalinks have to do with what posts are used as reference points for linkbacks.
Some info on linkbacks:

LinkBack is a term created by the vBSEO team. It refers to the three methods of communication between websites - in particular: forums and blogs, but also available to all types of websites.

1. PingBacks
2. TrackBacks
3. RefBacks

What the permalinks themselves do:

At this time, we have decided not to enable permalinks/ linkbacks. Mainly due to the fact that there aren't that many relevant site with which we can communicate, but also because we would like to see how things go without them for a while.

Yeah, All profiles URL's etc. are changed.

Mines was http://www.rsforums.org/forums/members/drag0nslay3r.html

Awesome update, but I can't see the green bar of peoples rep and it has the little motto thing in text there instead for some people...
