Richard and I are the admins of this topsite. Basically it is a listing of, you guessed it, top sites. It is centered around RuneScape related sites. If you have a runescape related site, please join the site. It does not have to be a forum site etc, simply runescape related. Cheating download sites, clan sites, basically ANYTHING to do with RuneScape. Please join  Also, please advertise in your sigs here or elsewhere to spread the word. This will be beneficial to RSF, and all sites that join.
