I think they might add something with player fighting, light a lvl range you can fight if you choose, but no like it use to be.

Richard, your a smart guy but i'm sad to say that's just not going to happen. RuneScape, as we know it, is ruined. There won't be many loop holes in this plan which Jagex has. If you can name one instance where Jagex posted an update, and then told us that it would not be going through anymore, then I will take this idea into deeper consideration. They only need till January 1st, because of the amount of time it will take to perfect this update.

I'm pretty sure they wont keep the prices static, they will change so merchanting will work but be really long. Depending on how it works, You could go to bounty hunter in german world in about 3:00am and get to kill your other account to get the gp. It would be risky though.

They did that with SwiftSwitch didn't they? Since they had all of these complaints and whatnot and most of the clients conformned with the new rule.
