I like the idea because it won't have huge picture advertisements like on other sites, plus it just links some words

DO IT!!!
This would not be permanent. basically, we would get enough money to start advertising, getting more and more users, at which point we can either get rid of all ads, or preferably get less intrusive ones. I support this 10,000% We need the extra traffic from advertising etc. We need to just get through it for the short time we will have this.
