How to submit ban appeals, account problems or report scammers

This simple guide will explain how to submit ban appeals, account problems or report scammers. Here at RSF, all of these things are confidential, and only viewable by staff members. This way, no one will know who reported them, and users will not be ridiculed by others.

The guide:

At the top of every RSF page, there is a line of text that says:
For ban appeals, account problems or to report scammers, click here.

Simply click on "click here"

You will be taken to a page that looks like this:

There will be several text fields.

What to put in them:

What is your email?: Put your email address

Type of Report: There are 5 options, choose the one that applies

Your Case: We need you to be thorough!

Scammer Report - Post pictures or msn conversations, screenshots of trades, links to threads, etc. If you do not, your case will be ignored.

Forum/ IRC Ban Appeal - Post your case IN DETAIL, include why you should get unbanned, why you did whatever you did to get banned in the first place, why you are not going to do it again, and if you have learned your lesson.

Login Problems - Post EXACTLY what is going wrong, screenshots of error messages (if applies). If we don't know what your problem is, we cannot help you.

Other - Be specific, we want to help you, and we want to be responsive to the needs of our users!

Click submit at the bottom when you are satisfied with your message.

A new screen will appear, and if your message was received successfully, you will see:
