Default NEW DRUMS OMG

Yes, RSF actually has a new post that ISNT FAILBLOG LIKE WTF

So yesterday I went out and bought a new set of drums, but this time, I got an electric set.

The reason for this is obviously so I can keep the sound down (I only played when no one home but me -_-).

I got a $1400 electric kit called the DTXplorer. It's a pretty common kit because its basically the start of the good quality stuff.

It has 234 sounds and like 22 voices and shit, a couple songs already to play with, and most importantly I can plug my iPod in and listen to it at the same time as I play.

For anyone that knows nothing about drums, these are going to look retarded, or like alien ships or something, but here are the pictures:

Yes, Yes. I have seen these.

It is a good investment for you because of the noise problem, and the ipod thing, but NEVER try to use these at a gig... My friend had a $1700 set and it sounded HORRIBLE when you try to crank it up, and it wasn't the speakers.

They are great for practice though.

No, I know. They're for personal practise. They're really nice to play on, good rebound etc.

I changed "that" to "THAT"

Self teaching is the win. I self-taught myself guitar and I'm not even going to pretend I'm good.
