Wine flavors
I'm thinking of making my own wine at home. I was wondering what flavors would be good for it. I can use generally any fruit for it, but I'm unsure of what flavors. Strawberry and grape are overdone. I was thinking plum for one or two bottles. What are your flavor thoughts?
1. Plum 2. Dandelion 3. Watermelon 4. Rhubarb

Takes a year or so to ferment completely, but if you keep it going, it works good. I'll probably also make some pear wine. It'd make a nice dry wine flavor.
