We aren't missing it, it's just that it's too obvious to be the joke. If the retarded kid is the thing that is supposed to make us shat bricks then it's a failure.
But I'm really sure its supposed to be the black kid, because the black kid is acting like a ninja (you'll notice that he's pretty blurry because he's moving fast)
