I know I'm replying to an age old thread, but...
In regards to your first point, I'd still go the distance and call the Bible myth. (ex. Burden of Proof)
As for the second, he just made some objective statements and then he made some statements about his opinion.
He actually didn't even offer any logical premises, you just made use of a straw man.
