I find pen tool to be complicated and it pisses me off, so I never use it. D:

The thing is, I change it, fill the stroke, and its really small. I go back to check the brush size and its really small again..

Weird... Never had that before... You sure you haven't accidently set it to default after you've set the brush size?

Found an old picture I made, on DeviantArt:

Has the same effect, it's made by selecting circular things, and adding a stroke to the selection.. then you can add any effects you'd like.

In the dialog box when adding a stroke, he was leaving it on "Pencil". :P

That's really good and is better than mine, I was hurrying through it because I wanted to finish it and it was like 3 am, lol. :knockout:
