Perhaps we need more MM's. But giving more positions to relatively newer people will higher the chance of being scammed.
Giving positions to members who have no experience in MMing will result in complaints.
What RSF cares about is your security and believe it or not, the staff and the MM's do have lives. We can't be on 24/7.

yes, indeed, you do have a good point there reece. It is very hard for the staff to pick mm's that actually have experience.
However i think the current mm's should start replying to those threads in the mm request section (there are lots, that are unreplied), cause people need mming.

I'm currently thinking of new ways to get new MMs, if you have any suggestions please post (this doesn't mean nominate yourself, or PM me asking to become an MM).

hmm.. i think we should have a system where we have to send applications (to Nathan) were you can state your experience with blackmarket trading, and why you're trusted/ should be chosen.
Dunno if you would like it, but heck it's just a suggestion :P

Like there is a forum for Official trainers application, we should have one for official MM's. Not for ever of course, only until we have enough MM. You shouldonly let people who have like 500+ posts to apply, and then on the application form staff can vouch, or say no to them. Depending on the staff opinion, the MMs are chosen.

I think we should have something like, everyone who wants to become an mm applies to me, and with a little template they follow stating why they want to be an MM, how many trades you have done on RSF etc, then after a week or so, i can make a most and the staff can vote on who they think should become an official MM then they will become a "Trial MM" where they will MM for free to gain experience, and trust within the community. Once they have achieved that, either myself, matt or stefan can then promote them to Official RSF MM where they can charge fees etc...
Keep in mind we need to have a couple of MMs in each timezones, so like in the UK (GMT) we only have Aje atm...
Anyways that just a though to get the ball rolling......
