Advertising in signatures.
IF YOU BRUSH THIS ASIDE IT WILL JUST PROVE HOW CLOSE-MINDED YOU ARE!
You, here at rsf, strive to say that you are here to be fair to everyone at your site. However are you being fair to the other cheating sites? The answer is "No.".
Here at rsf you have a rule that states you are not allowed to advertise. Do you think this is fair, I know I don't. Lets take a look at were a lot of your members came from.
Don't you think it would be nice to return the favor of those other sites. They allowed you to advertise there and thats exactly what a lot of people did. Without their help do you really think you would be what you are now? How would you spread the word? MSN, pm's, ya great idea's there. If somebody who actually cares about rsf saw an ad in someones sigs and then signed up at that site they would remain at both sites. If they left to the other site I don't really think you would have wanted them here in the first place if they were going to leave at a moments notice.
You say that you don't want to be like other cheating sites, that you are the revolution. A revolution doesn't have to change everything, only those things that are wrong. Did ad's ever hurt anyone? Only the selfish and greedy. If you dare say that you don't want contact with other sites because they will pollute your community then in reality it has been polluted for a long time.
The admins and staff here say that they are different, here to give and to help. However taking away someones opportunity to join another forum that might have greatly appealed to them is not being helpful. No, it is being covetous, and I am sure that people would agree that isn't a good thing to be especially when you claim otherwise. This isn't a post asking to be able to spam threads full of ad's but just to be able to advertise in sigs.
I sit writing this long post for a reason, to help the community.

No. We are RSF, not any other site. It's not our problem if they allow advertising. Get over it.

Why does have to MSN? Too secreto for the forums? If you don't want people to find out about something, post it at RSF.

We have our own rules, and they have theirs. What you are essentially saying is that just because other sites do something one way, we should do them like that too. And if other sites want to allow us to advertise, great for them. and us. We aren't going to do that. In case you didn't notice, we have as few ads as possible here at RSF (we lose hundreds of dollars) just so people can be comfortable. Nate, Richard, Jansen, and myself all believe that loads of advertisements are annoying, and make sites less fun to be on.
WHY in the world do you want to advertise in your sig? Either you like RSF, or you don't. And if you don't, you can leave. And if there are non- rs sites, tell your friends on MSN or otherwise. We don't want our forum used for a medium of advertisement. Members can browse here without worry of random ads in their face.
EDIT:
Oh, and in response to the first part of your post, I simply have this to say:
"If you are too open-minded, your brains will fall out."

Wow, you can screenshot from RSF threads, do you feel proud?? It is against the rules, if you dont want to follow the rules then just leave, and save us the grief of dealing with you.
God, what a lame topic, the fact that you have nothing better to do then post random crap like that just proves a) you have to much time on your hands b) need a life other than the internet c) trying to get "brownie points" if a sythe mod saw this thread.
Seriously if you dont like the rules... leave
This thread is locked and resolved
