Scrub the homepage!
I think we should just erase the homepage and put it back the way it was. We look like on of those default sites that comes up whenever you mistype a URL. I don't like the layout at all.
Also, Matt has told me on a few occasions that he thinks the reason we are dropping in the RS top 100 is because some people type http://rsforums.org/forums and some people type http://www.rsforums.org. Discuss :wacky:

They need to spruce up the homepage. It would be a lot better if the homepage actually had news and announcements on it. Instead of the professionally, brainwashed style reasons to join the forum.

If we were to update it often, then i think we should keep it, but right now it looks pretty bad... :P

I think it should be taken off, or worked on more. I don't think it really has any purpose at all atm.

It's also helps with Search Engine Optimization. In the end, it brings us more traffic via Google and other search engines. It's not why we're dropping, as the button is displayed on both sites. I've noticed a traffic increase in the last week!

If i didn't know about this site before the homepage was put up i wouldn't have came, The homepage makes it look like one of those low, small & inactive community's full of bullshit.
