It's been asked like 4 times. The answer is no because the current admins can't implement such a thing without Nathan's help, Nathan is gone, AND we are trying to get an IRC set up so a shoutbox would just be stupid.

So I'm assuming the current admins don't have FTP access.
Host shoutbox on different site (free host) + post it into the code here?
