Like I have stated before, warning/infracting is ineffective for most; they just carry on.
I think from now on I will just ban people that flame or otherwise abuse other members. Maybe then people will stop.

Why does have to MSN? Too secreto for the forums? If you don't want people to find out about something, post it at RSF.

Rob being a mod isn't about ANYONE liking you except the administration. If people want to bitch about how you do your job, as like as you can back up your actions in a good way, it's fine. Closing threads to avoid confronting people isn't.
