So basically scamming things is perfectly fine if it doesn't happen on this site?

The same rule will go for Phishing Sites. Phishing sites are used for scamming players, just like Password Crackers.
We are against scamming. We are for cheating in the game, but not cheating the players in the game.
Just to show that you guys know that it is scamming I posted a quote from your rules.

Some accounts do not get recovered. You are right. Most money made from phishing is from looting the accounts in BH, in the limited time before they are recover

Yes, that applies to the market, but know phishing other members accounts, which shouldn't be a problem if members here are aware of the way phishers work.

Rules, maybe changed once we actually start allowing this.

I don't know the rules, nor am I staff, but I'd say it's not 'perfectly fine.' I'd say it's more like, 'acceptable, but frowned upon.'

True,

As long as your not scamming in our markets, or other members, you are okay. We would like to keep this forum clean for members to trade and such.

Yes, but not members of our site.

Yes, but not members of our site.
They log into their account on your site, you steal their password and loot the items on the account. You've scammed two things:
a. The account (whether it is recovered or not, you've still scammed it)
b. The looted items

If you sell your password lists, these two things are still stolen from that user. You had no right to sell it as you didn't own them.

What you failed to understand, you may be scamming users of Runescape, but you are not scamming members here at RSF, and that is what matters to us. Some would agree that scamming in such matter is low, and that it may be.

As staff of this forum, our concern is not of the Runescape players, but of RSF members. Whether you scam them, that's on you, and Jagex business, and not ours.

What I'm trying to point out, is that if a user shows an incline to scam say a user of Runescape, aren't they incline to scam a member of RSF?

Btw, I was also trying to point out to Booty that IT IS scamming, because for some reason unknown to man, he doesn't think it is.
