I do not agree. I think they should be sold for a lower price and 'as-is'. 'As-is' meaning since the buyer knows it's a phished account, if it gets recovered back that the seller is not responsible. Or maybe make the seller return half of what the buyer payed or something.

I say with the right warning, the buyer will know what he's getting into and must accept all consequences before agreeing to buy.
