Couldn't of been a mistake considering above and below signature violation, the reasons are spam and irrelevant post in market thread.
I don't know why he gave it to you, and why he didn't give you a profile infraction, considering it was based on your signature. I'd wait to hear what he says though before I jump to any conclusions. You should of PMed him though.

Or of course, he could just be ignoring you. I do it sometimes too when people complain about there warnings/infractions. Last thing I want to see after I give a warning/infraction is to see a reply "omg accident i r so sorry" or "omfg wtf did i do" obviously, your better at English, so I expect it to be "Your a total failure" or along those lines. But you also are an active member, (sexy in my eyes, but active in the majority :P) so your due a reason, really.
