How's Staff Picked?
I was just wondering, how is staff picked? Also when are they picked?
I was just wondering how and when. That'd be cool if someone could tell me. :biggrin:

well, Staff members pick good members to become staff. Of course they were hand picked by the owner, from there though, The staff picks members who they think deserve positions.

Members are actually suggested for positions when there are lack of MM's and moderators. People need to work for it and be really active plus help around the forums and contribute some way as guides or gp.
