Warning ranks, and more.

I sent a PM to Jansen about a few ranks I designed and he told me to post them here:
Ranks that are for people that get 1,2,3 warnings or perm. banned and temporary ban. enjoy:

I like to idea of the banned symbol a skeloten head and crossed bones, then you just need italic font saying "Banned", I don't think we would need a warnings label. O well, Jansen/Richard will decide xD

I think the warnings should just be a title, so you can keep your rank too. Same with banned, it should be bold red.
