No IRC link on RSF Theme.
There is no link on the RSF theme to the IRC. The IRC would be alot more active if people knew about it and stuff... Also, it would be nice to have a link to the IRC on the page displayed during the downtime. The IRC really needs activity. It seems that me, Reece, Resident, Edward and the occasional new member looking to sell something or call me an idiot for calling him a begger when he was asking for free stuff.
