New Section
I was looking around for the 'Help & Requests' section but I didn't see it. I think it should probably be a section.

Help and Requests for what? If its a script, you can request them in that forum. Like [REQ] Chat applet (for example).
We don't require an entire Help & Requests forum at the moment.

I just thought it would be a good section for new people like if they wanna change their signature and dont know where the profile thingy is. but since
RSF is so new it can live without one. your right :roll:
