Need more official trainers.
I believe that RSF needs to approve and select more official trainers. I have noticed that barely anyone is offering to train the people that require training under the Account Training forums. Just a suggestion ^.^ Thanks.

All of our official trainers were too overwhelmed and decided to quit. That or scammed... *cough*skp*cough*

Yeah, i posted a thread for someone to train my hybrid, but i still haven't got a reply.
 So i just decided to train it on my own.I think the trainers are overwhelmed therfore they choose to train accounts which pay the best gp/exp.

I dont mind doing quests even though I have quit RS. But not many people want/need quests done...

Some trainers are really busy now since school started. I know i was when school started so it kind've forced me to resign. More trainers will help i suppose but i fear even than trainers will be overwhelmed. Also i see some of the jobs are ridicuously easy and offer low pay. Just do those jobs yourself and lighten the load for our trainers =)
