RSF Files Problem
Ok well im posting this here since there isn't a contact us email on the site ;) so you might want to add something like that.
Anyways images themselves should be visible to anyone no matter what folder you place them in. The folder should still be private but why block access to the images also. I know you can change the folders access permissions but some people might not know its set like that so at least set it so public access is the default setting.

Yeah i guess people should be able to view your pictures. A picture and file sharing program if i determine.

There is a public folder as well, isn't there? You can set your folders to public / private. We give you the option, this way if you have personal images you want to store you can.
