is this a good laptop to get from dell at this price. and its 2gb ram worth it or should i just get 1 gb. please suggest any other things i should get too =]

Hmm, try get a better CPU :P 2.0ghz intel dual core. and get vista business. hard drive is crappy - u need to get 120gb+

My HD is fine because i don't plan on DLing a lot of anyway . I'll see if I can make the upgrades you said, thanks a lot =]

Just trust me, I bought a mac book pro with 80 GB, and now it's full... I don't dl alot either.Pay the extra $100 and get a bigger drive.

Just get a minimum of 120GB. They're so cheap these days. If you require more you can get external hard drives, I'd say 120GB hard drive for a laptop is ideal.
