IP Banned from Runescape.com?

I've been told by numerous people that Jagex doesn't IP ban people, but I have strong reasons to believe I am IP banned. Heres why I think I am:

First, I've had the same IP address since before I joined RSF (January of '07.) Through out these two years I have had a few RuneScape accounts banned for multiple reasons (i.e hijacking, account sharing/trading,. etc.). I've also had many accounts, many of which I bought form other people.

Now when I try to go to runescape.com I get the "Server not found"or "cannot connect to server" errors. This is the only website that does this to me. So I'm led to beleive that I am indeed IP banned from RuneScape.

Now before anyone suggests this, no runescape.com is not blocked on my computer. This is the very first thing I checked. Also, I can load RuneScape.com with a proxy, however I can't play RuneScape with a proxy because none that I can find will load Java.

If I'm not IP banned then does anyone know what else could be wrong?

I've also tried playing using a client, I've used Fire Client, SwiftSwitch, and like 5 others and none of therm worked, either.

Maybe try a proxy to see if it works or you could try a computer on the same network.

Sorry, lol, forgot to mention in my post:

I can load RuneScape.com with a proxy, however I can't play RuneScape with a proxy because none that I can find will load Java.

Also, when I had my own computer in my room, before it died, I could play RuneScape in it, no problem.
It was on the same network, but it was connected via wirelessly, while the one I'm on is connected with wires. Could that have something to do with it?

Possibly they added you to their firewall?

I really do not know if it is the same as ip ban

It would essentially be the same thing.

I suggest just changing your IP.

I have a Static IP, meaning I would have to contact my ISP and I can't be bothered to do that. This game isn't worth all the hassle.

That one worked but just like all other proxy stuff it's too laggy to even play, so screw it.
