Before you file a report, we ask you read the following to help you understand what information we require to take any action.

Required information

• Abuser's forum name
• Description of what happened
• Link to thread
• Screen shots / Videos

Optional information

• Abuser's IP address
• Abuser's email address
• Additional information that you think will help

A text log is not an accepted form of proof. Screen shots or videos you provide must clearly show us that you've been scammed. If you have not provided proof, no action will be taken.
