Default Fucking Safe Eyes

Ok, so, this place I am currently using to get on RSF, has this program called Safe Eyes. I have tried everything in my knowledge to disable the cunt-like program, including backdooring the computer I was on to force delete Safe Eyes. I even fucking disabled it in boot.ini, yet the program STILL FUCKING STARTS! Made it so the process for blocking would not start, and get a message "Webpage blocked because there was a problem starting Safe eyes" I managed to log the admin out of Safe eyes, which is auto logged in at startup, "You must be logged in for Safe Eyes to display any webpage, please log in." I control panel add or remove programs'd, you need an un-instal code, which you get by logging into the program with admin...Fucking gay, nothing I do makes the safe eyes program stop working, I fucking system restored to the point of instalation of Windows XP, but the fuckers have a modified Boot.ini that loads with autoexec.bat, so that no matter what you do, when the computer loads autoexec(The VERY first thing it loads on startup) It reads modded boot.ini, therefore nulling any previous efforts. To put it simply, I can completly delete safe eyes forever, but when the computer gets restarted, it's like nothing happened. My exact theory is this: On startup, the autoexec.bat reads modified boot.ini file, which tells it to load a pre configured startup, so that no matter what I do, it never sticks. I'm currently looking into modifying the boot.ini back to it's original state, but have no clue where to start. By the way, Msconfig disabling startup of program;null. registry run-once entry searches;null. I'm asking the more computer savvy people here (Matt, possibly some others, mainly Matt) for some ideas, as I've tried everything in my power.

I remember that win 98 had a step by step confirmation for startup where you could choose what to load in the autoexec.bat file and the boot.ini file. I used it a lot when using my 500mb hard drive to test the computers I built before putting an o/s on them. Just making sure they actually worked first. Disabled drivers and shit on start up. Dunno if Win xp has that.

Another thought, use a Ubuntu live disk and run from that. It has internet then. You could probably keylog the computer and get the admin password then too.

Regedit>HKEY_Local_Machine>software> look for safeeyes > delete it

Restart. If that doesn't work

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
That's a original boot file for Windows XP.

If that doesn't work, then I guess you will have to give me some time to think.
