Runescape Account Creator + Checker
 Put in a username, check to see if it's available and if it is, put in a password and create it ;] Note: Does not support proxies so the account creation limit still applies. The program also uses Microsoft's .NET framework, so make sure you've got the newest version. The program opens a link to my forums at startup, so if the staff find it inappropriate to have that then feel free to remove this topic.
