I'd say Webroot Spy Sweeper for Spyware protection from my personal experience. It warns you from visiting sites that have been known to infect computers, and it even protected me from a trojan that was trying to infect me while i was casually browsing the internet. You can get anti-virus with Spy Sweeper, but I'd go with Avast Anti-Virus instead.

I personally use two free Anti Viruses, and they do the job for me. I use AVG Free Edition and ClamWin.

Why does have to MSN? Too secreto for the forums? If you don't want people to find out about something, post it at RSF.

Symantec antivirus, NOT NORTON.

If you have a really good computer that's fast then get norton, but I symantec is the best antivirus to get. They do updates almost every week so you will always have the latest virus definitions.

AVG is gay.

Spybot and Ad-Aware once a month is all you need.
