I know a better way. And inside that place once you alch a certain amount it wont let you do anymore.

I know a non random spot, where anyone can get to by doing one of the most simple quests.

i have heard of the spot that toncstar is referring to. but i ust dont no where it is. basically you climb up a ladder somewhere and they is only 4 spots 1 in each direction. so you cannot move. so randoms cannot get you. but i think jagex have sorted that out because the evil twin person that gets you can teleport you from a distance i think >.>
