"We've made some important changes to how duel tournaments work.

The first change is to how wins are determined. If neither player has died at the end of the three minute period, the player who has done the most damage in a duel will proceed to the next round, unless both players have dealt equal damage. In this case, the winner will be chosen by the Duel Tournament judge.

We have also reduced the number of players needed for a registrar to initiate a duel tournament. This will make it easier for you to enter tournaments of various levels.

Apparently they didn't look at the rant section to see like 40k posts about the 3k Cap. I almost wonder if they even looked there. Also Lower levels still face like 126s I don't know where jagex has been looking but it certainly hasn't been there forums.

lol, well there has been many of times I went to the tournament and the things say! Go to a busier world, so I do and well they all say that....so I was thinking..maybe they should say

"Do something else, our update is fail"

Like seriously 3 k is pocket change.

I suggest they should atleast make the cap 1 m. Most gold sellers sell more than 3 m at a time.

Yeah, i agree... i could probably make 3K in about... 30 seconds? it isn't really any money at all, and i think the cap should at the very least be 1M as bob said.

although if you want to stake big amounts of money, go for a tournament and have it with 2 players (can you do that :confused because the max entry fee is 1M isn't it?

If you are a good mage you might be able to win. You could freeze then use blood burst to gain hp. While freezing they obviously aren't hitting you.

Staking sucks now...and many RS gold sellers are struggling to find new ways to stock their mills. Scamming or autoing will be the next big thing.

That still doesn't help us 20m+ stakers
