The BEST training spot in rs is...

Everyone wants to know, one of the most important answers to rs. Where is the best training spot?
It is between: bandits, spiders, DT skeles, and dagganoths.

Bandits:
you need either bones to peaches or full guthan
EXTREMLY easy to die
80 att 80 str 80 def gets 60k xp hour.
I have seen TONS of my friends die here so I will not recommend this. It's good if you have both BTP and guthans, but even still, I really hate training here.

Spiders:
You need: nothing, some lobbies
Wear:
full rune,
glory or fury,
rune defender
beserker helm
whip
every 28 lobbies, you get 75k xp.

Rating: 7.5/10

DT skeles
You need:
food, probably guthans to last long, DT almost done
I don't like this place because if you run out of food, you have to walk all the way back to ardy and get more which is a drag.
55k xp/hour

Rating: 7/10

DAGGONOTHS
You need: Horror of the deep done
Wear: the best armour possible, if you can, have guthans in your invy, Wear the best boots, helm, rune def, gloves, whip
Assuming your def is 80, on 12 lobbies, you can last umm 45 minutes.
Put in your inventory: 500 NOTED lobbies, 100k coins, 50 NOTED combat pots,
14 lobbies. Leave the rest of your invy open. You'll need that for the d spears, and the MASSIVE amounts of seeds you'll get. Right now you're wondering isn't that super expensive!!??
NO it isn't. 500 lobbies+100k+50 combat pots= 225k. The amount of snapdragon/other seeds you'll get during that time=1m...
When you run out of food, go up the ladder, go to the second floor, sell some lobbies and combat pots to the general store, buy them back. Go back and train.
75k AN HOUR+ TONS OF MONEY
This is literally AFK training. With 85 defence, attack like 25 dagganoths, go watch tv for 5 minutes, come back, you'll be at around 60 hp (assuming your defence bonuses are around 250)

RATING: 10/10, very easy to train here, good money, hard to die, multicombat, agressive monsters, somewhat good drops.

During this guide, I hope I've given you insight about where to train. You can train at all the places here, it doesn't really matter. Figure out which one is the best for you. I prefer dagganoths, but that's just me.

From experience I can tell you that guthan at dags is a waste. Your better off just killing them with your best range def amour and eating cake/lobs

Gorillas at monkeys isn't that great xp first of all its boring, second you get poisoned, third you don get anythin

Yea its true its better not to use guthan but you can go afk there for 15 hours if you use guthans and train def

I perfer moss giants on crandor. It's where I do all my training. Good for f2p and p2p. Close to lobb fishing area for food. Close to bank if your a member. Drop decent items. Not that many people go to it. Also good place to train mining... Powermine coal there. No one else to take it...
