No one would want to buy because they will be afraid the seller has a key, and as soon as the seller receives the payment he would recover the account.
People can easily lie if they have a key or not.
There will be a lot more account sellers (mostly scammers trying to sell their accounts for cheap and recover).
The prices will drop to a point where no one would want to buy any accounts anymore.
