Ok, since you know the greatest workout techniques on the internet, please let us all know. I see there's no point in rebuttal because you'll come up with two sentences which are personal accounts, which aren't documented, therefore I don't count them as credible sources. Any raise in BP is not substantial or even bad at that.
Thank God we don't have you writing a guide because research is the most important thing. Within 5 minutes the first 5 sources on google showed me that creatine does not raise your BP. Have a look: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...creatine+raise
